Case Summary:

Refferal patient 34 y.o. RCT was done by previous dentist 2 weeks before .. The tooth was still painful. 4 root canals were cleaned and filled .. Why tooth still hurts? During retreatment i found the missed anatomy, 2nd palatal canal. 1 visit NSRCT. Hand and rotary instrumentation. Irrigation: NaOCL ,EDTA , CHX .PUI . Guttapercha and sealer.
