Really nice guy that was referred to me by a colleague of mine that doesn't do RCT's. Came into the office in pain and needed relief. Dx: irreversible pulpitis w/ AAP

Four canals were found and shaped. Endoactivator used with EDTA, NaOCl, and finally Q-mix. I typically will use a paper point in between the different solutions to soak up any gunk that might be hanging out at the apex.

EdgeCore was used for the obturation. I felt like the obturator may have bound to the pulp chamber wall while filling the ML, even though it went to length. Final x-ray looks good to me!
