This was a very challenging wisdom tooth case. The patient did not want to have it extracted. Upon looking at the canal anatomy I said to myself..."R-U Serious!". He really wanted to save this tooth and it was in occlusion with tooth 16. I used handfiles and the Edge Endo files .04 taper to get a very nice result.
