#17 Irreversible pulpitis due to a DL cusp fracture - Apical segment of distal canal curves buccally. Additional final x-ray shows x-ray head moved to a mesial standpoint causing the apical segment of the distal canal to swing distally.
FILES and PRODUCTS USED
Instrumented using Edge Endo files 17.04 through 35.04 on both mesial canal and distal canal after establishing a glide path up to a size 15 hand file.
